MEDITATION ON TWIN HEARTS
MEDITATION ON TWIN HEARTS
Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation introduced and guided by Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.
Meditation on Twin Hearts is aimed for achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It raises one’s vibrations toward higher states of awareness and expanded levels of consciousness.
Meditation on Twin Hearts is also a form of world service. By blessing the earth with loving-kindness, you fill the world with positive spiritual energies. The blessings can be directed to organizations, specific towns, cities, countries, or group of nations. When practiced by a large number of people, the meditation miraculously heals the earth, thereby making it more harmonious and peaceful.
FULL MOON MEDITATION
Full Moon Meditation is an extension of Meditation on Twin Hearts with Wesak version.
It uses the mantra of Om Mani Padme Hum, the mantra of Compassion and Mercy, to harness the power of Full Moon in order to flush out the negative energy of the practitioners.
The practitioners bless every person, every sentient being, every country and continent with Divine Light, Love and Power.
This Meditation is non-sectarian.
It is a once-a-month event and open to the public.
“The Light is always there. How much light comes to you depends on you.”

Why it called Meditation on Twin Hearts?
Twin Hearts refers to the Heart Chakra and Crown Chakra.
The Heart chakra is the energy centre for compassion and joy.
The Crown chakra, also known as Spiritual Heart, is the entry point of higher spiritual energies.
To achieve illumination it is necessary to activate the Heart chakra before activating the Crown chakra.
When the Crown chakra is activated, divine energy flows down through the practitioners and allows them to become a channel of divine energy.
The practitioners can then harness the divine energy to bless the earth with loving-kindness, forgiveness, joy and peace, discernment and goodwill, which acts as a form of world service.
This effect can be magnified when group meditation is carried out.
